Resilience & Performance Evaluation™

Who

Systems That Heal alumni

You have done the foundational work. Now the work changes — from repair into the deliberate development of physiological and psychological capacity.

Capacity Extension combines advanced clinical evaluation with six weeks of training designed to help you understand your reserve, respond intelligently to demand, and build a baseline that holds under real-life conditions.

This is not another protocol. It is a structured training environment for learning to read, protect, and extend the capacity you have worked to restore.

The Work Changes

From Restoration to Resilience

There is a point in the healing process when more repair is no longer the only objective.

Once foundational systems are communicating effectively, fuel is stable, recovery is improving, and reserve has been rebuilt, a different kind of work becomes possible.

01RegulateStabilize the terrain
02RepairRestore system communication
03RestoreRebuild biological reserve
04ExtendTrain capacity deliberately
  • How much demand can your biology meet without borrowing excessively from reserve?
  • How quickly can you recover when life becomes demanding?
  • What signals tell you your margin is narrowing?
  • Which inputs genuinely build capacity? Which patterns quietly spend it?
  • Can your physiology and psychology support the life you are asking them to carry?

Capacity

The range of demand your body can meet at a given time.

Reserve

The physiological margin underneath that capacity — what your body draws from every time it adapts.

Stewardship

The ability to protect, restore, and build that reserve intentionally over time.

Capacity isn't something you achieve once. It is something you learn to read, build, and steward.

Program Architecture

Two Parts. One Training Experience.

01 · Resilience & Performance Evaluation™

Before training begins, we establish a new clinical baseline.

The Male and Female Resilience & Performance Evaluations use advanced blood chemistry, functional ranges, pattern recognition, stress-physiology assessment, and clinical sequencing to understand how the body's interconnected systems are currently functioning.

Depending on the pathway, the evaluation examines 50+ biomarkers across eight or nine interconnected biological systems.

  • Comprehensive blood chemistry analysis
  • Advanced biomarker assessment
  • Stress physiology / CAR assessment where indicated
  • Integrated pattern-recognition analysis
  • Personalized Report of Findings
  • One-on-one clinical review
  • Sequenced clinical roadmap

02 · Six-Week Capacity Training

Your evaluation tells us where your biology is. The next six weeks teach you how to work with it.

Each pathway combines physiology, education, implementation, observation, and behavioral training so that resilience becomes something you can recognize and influence.

The objective is not dependency on another protocol. It is greater biological literacy, better decision-making, and a more durable baseline.

  • Weekly live education + implementation sessions
  • Guided observation and self-assessment tools
  • Physiology and psychology integration exercises
  • Capacity Loop practice framework
  • Alumni community access
  • Written session summaries and action items

We don't optimize what we haven't first learned to read.

Two Pathways

One philosophy. Two expressions.

Reserve · Resilience · Stewardship

Female Capacity Restore™

Six-Week Training Arc

A six-week alumni training designed to help women understand the reserve beneath their capacity — and learn how to protect, restore, and deliberately build it.

Particularly relevant in the years when female physiology becomes less forgiving of chronic under-fueling, relentless output, poor recovery, and hormonal transition.

Week 01
Regulate the TerrainNervous-system and hormonal floor; rhythm and recovery.
Week 02
Stable FuelBlood-sugar stability, fuel availability, and metabolic flexibility.
Week 03
Boundaries & DiscernmentReading early signals; protecting reserve before depletion.
Week 04
Build CapacityDosed demand, recoverable challenge, and progressive loading.
Week 05
Support ClearanceLymph, liver, detoxification, and the clearance of spent load.
Week 06
Physiological StewardshipIntegration, personal rhythm, and long-term reserve management.

Performance · Reserve · Direction

Male Capacity Rebuild™

Six-Week Training Arc

A six-week training program for men ready to rebuild the systems underneath sustainable performance.

Rather than pushing harder, the program develops biological reserve while training the attention, behavioral patterns, principles, purpose, and direction required to hold the change.

Getting Ready to Be Ready

A stabilization sprint before training begins.

01 · Regulate the Terrain

The nervous-system and hormonal floor.

02 · Controlled Stress, Adaptive Strength

Dosed, recoverable stress builds resilience.

03 · The Metabolic Switch

Develop greater flexibility between fuel sources.

04 · Hormonal Command

Understand hormonal capacity as a systems pattern.

05 · Signal the System

Make sure the work is actually reaching the tissue.

06 · Write the Next Chapter

Turn physiological reserve into a durable baseline.

01 · Establishing the Rep & Naming the Trap

Train attention. Identify the pattern.

02 · Mapping the Curve, Raising the Floor

Understand energy, momentum, and baseline.

03 · Edge Navigation & the Fear Loop

Recognize and interrupt the patterns that pull you off center.

04 · Principles: The Code You Live By

Define the rules underneath your decisions.

05 · Purpose: Your Reason for Being

Build direction underneath performance.

06 · Passion, Integration & the Mission

Integrate the work into a Personal Mission Statement.

The body answers in biology. The mind answers in behavior. Capacity requires both.

The Capacity Loop

Learn to read your own system.

01

Observe

Notice the signal before immediately trying to fix it.

02

Interpret

Look for relationships and patterns rather than isolated events.

03

Adjust

Choose the smallest appropriate input based on what you actually observed.

04

Repeat

Watch the response. The response becomes new information.

The ultimate goal of Capacity Extension is not perfect adherence. It is literacy.

You learn your physiological floor, your early signals, your recovery pattern, the demands that narrow your margin, and the first moves that help restore it.

Capacity Is Both Biological and Behavioral.

Physiology

Dr. Courtney Jonson, PhD, LAc, CGP

Clinical evaluation, systems physiology, metabolism, hormonal communication, nervous-system regulation, nutrition, recovery, reserve, and biological resilience.

Psychology

Kevin Kuhlow, LAADC · Executive Coach

Attention, behavioral patterns, mindfulness, fear loops, principles, purpose, passion, identity, and the psychological architecture required to make change durable.

A stronger biology changes what is possible. A stronger internal architecture changes what you do with it.

Who This Is For

This Is the Work After the Work.

Capacity Extension is designed for Systems That Heal alumni who have already completed foundational work and are ready for a different question.

Not: “How do I fix myself?”
But: “How do I become more capable of meeting my life?”

For the woman who wants to understand and steward her reserves rather than continuously override them.

For the man who wants his biology, behavior, performance, and direction working from the same foundation.

For the person who has restored enough stability that challenge can once again become productive.

For the alumnus who no longer needs another rescue plan — but does want a deeper operating system.

The Next Phase

Restore capacity. Build resilience. Learn to hold it.

Healing was never meant to make your life smaller.

The purpose of restoring biological coherence is to give you greater capacity to participate in your life — with more awareness, more reserve, better recovery, and a system capable of adapting without continually paying for it later.
