Systems That Heal™ · Professional Training Pathway

Live Clean
Coach Training

This is the professional training pathway behind the Live Clean method. Coaches learn to guide clients through the complete arc — not a protocol, but a sequence, with the judgment required to know where a client actually is.

The Live Clean Arc

  1. 01Regulate
  2. 02Repair
  3. 03Release
  4. 04Re-Integrate

The sequence is the medicine.

The Visual Pathway

One arc, five checkpoints.

Level I01

Regulate

Foundations, biological literacy, implementation

Gate02

Readiness

Advance · Hold · Refer

Level II03

Repair

Gut terrain, adaptation, repair window

Level II04

Release

Drainage, fat flux, mobilization

Outcome05

Integration

Capacity, autonomy, what comes next

This Is Not Protocol Training

The goal is judgment, not memorization.

Not a generic certification

No protocol memorization, no one-size template, no scripts to recite at clients.

Training in systems thinking

Biological literacy, therapeutic nutrition, readiness, implementation coaching, professional judgment.

A coach who can ask

What is this body communicating? What does it need now? Is it ready for the next layer?

Level I

Regulation, Readiness & Systems Foundations

Level I teaches coaches how to understand the biological foundation beneath Live Clean and establish the conditions required before deeper Repair and Release work.

Module 1

6 lessons

Systems Reset Essentials

Fuel regulation, insulin signaling, blood sugar stability, energy production, and metabolic flexibility.

Sympathetic and parasympathetic physiology, stress, recovery, regulation, and biological capacity.

How insulin, cortisol, hormones, immunity, and inflammation influence one another.

Gut ecology, intestinal integrity, immune communication, digestive burden, and therapeutic nutrition.

Physiological adaptation, expected transition, overwhelm, depletion, and when to simplify or hold.

Understanding cholesterol and lipid patterns within the larger metabolic terrain.

Module 2

5 lessons

Understanding Metabolic Health

Metabolism as energy regulation, communication, flexibility, and resilience.

How food, stress, poor sleep, inactivity, circadian disruption, and under-recovery create reinforcing metabolic patterns.

Stable energy, appropriate hunger and satiety, fuel switching, recovery, and biological resilience.

Food, meal timing, light, sleep, movement, stress, environment, and daily rhythm as biological signals.

Recognizing patterns across energy, cravings, sleep, digestion, glucose, ketones, mood, and recovery.

Module 3

7 lessons

The Autonomic Nervous System

The regulatory system governing digestion, circulation, energy allocation, immunity, and recovery.

Chronic stress, poor sleep, metabolic instability, overtraining, emotional load, and survival physiology.

Brain-body communication, parasympathetic regulation, digestion, and recovery.

Using simple breathing strategies to influence nervous-system state.

Circadian timing, glucose regulation, hormonal signaling, nervous-system recalibration, and repair.

Hormesis, recovery, adaptive capacity, and matching exercise intensity to readiness.

How repeated inputs — food, light, movement, breath, sleep, technology, stress, and recovery — shape physiology.

Inner Terrain & Behavioral Coaching

Change is physiology and behavior.

Resistance is information, not opposition.
Consistency before intensity.

The Readiness Gate

Readiness Is Sacred.

A central Level I competency is determining whether a client is ready to progress. Coaches learn to read the pattern, then make one of three decisions.

Readiness Patterns

Stable blood sugarFewer cravingsImproved hunger & satietyBetter sleepImproved recoveryReduced reactivityDigestive stabilityGreater consistencySelf-observationPattern recognitionIncreasing self-trust

Advance

Patterns are stable. The client has capacity for the next layer.

Hold

Foundations are still consolidating. Simplify and reinforce.

The presentation is outside coaching scope. Route to clinical care.

Level II

Repair & Clear — an eight-week progression

Level II teaches coaches how to move clients through the deeper Repair and Release movements. Every week pairs client-facing education with coach-facing training — the defining feature of the model.
